3. Please note that we require 1 business day from the order date to prepare your items. Same-day pickup is not available, and our warehouses are closed on weekends and public holidays.
4. When you're ready to pick up your order from our warehouse, remember to bring your order confirmation and identification. Our warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with loading your items.
a. If someone other than the listed individual will be picking up the order, please email support@streamlinebath.com with the designated person's name, and we will make a note of it.
